Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) with tracking and with required signature. You may get the dress in 30-40 days after you placed your order. If you prefer other delivery company like UPS, Fedex, DHL, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The shipping charge is about 50USD per dress and 20USD per accessory for most of countries in North America and Europe. Customs and duties charges are accrued after the package has shipped to the destination country. Our Store has no control over the amount you are charged for customs and duties. You will have to contact your country's postal courier to determine estimated costs.

The dress will be sent to you by the same way we send it to a bridal shop, inside-out (to protect the beading), in a beautiful dress bag wrapped in a plastic bag to protect it from water and dirt. After your alterations are complete and before the wedding, you will need to send your dress to be professionally steamed or pressed. Do not try to compare the dress to the ones already pressed; it is like trying to compare wrinkled clothes to the professionally dry cleaned ones.
